Ans: Before you start shopping, you need to register yourself by providing basic information and communication details that will allow us to initiate for transactions. Registering with us is completely free and easy. Once you fill-up the details, you shall receive the email with a confirmation link which requires you to click on that link to activate your registration. Thereafter you can use those details to log-in for all your future dealings. Not Yet Registered? Do it Now.
Ans: It’s easy and convenient. You can either find your product on our search facilities or by navigating into the various product type/categories. Once you learn about the item you require, we recommend you to have a look at the item details thoroughly before making a Purchase decision. Once your’re confirmed, simply Add to Cart. You can always add further products to your Cart before finally proceeding for making the payment. You can edit the product quantity or type while they are placed in Cart. Once you finish up, you need to proceed for the final payment by clicking on ‘Buy Now’.
Ans: You can pay for the purchases you have made through PayPal. You will be taken to the Pay Pal site to process your payment. Please be ensured for full-proof security while transacting through Credit Cards.
Ans: Refer below a few steps to complete your Order.
  • Add to Cart: Review the items in your Shopping Cart. You can remove or edit the quantity specifications. Once you make up your final decision on products you want to buy from the Shopping Cart, you need to check out for the order placed.
  • Sign in or Create an Account: If you are a registered member with Spice Plaza, enter your Email address and Password to Sign In. If this is your First Purchase, you need to Register with us.
  • Choose Shipping Address:  The shipping address, by default will be the address you have specified at the time of registration. You can also change the  address where you wish to ship your order.
  • You will be than taken to the Pay Pal site to process your payment. Please be ensured for full-proof security while transacting through Credit Cards.

  • What if I have forgotten my Shopping Password? If you don’t remember your Password, Use the Forgot Password Link on the Login Page. All you need to do is specify your email address and submit. Our Customer Support will send the Password to your email address.
  • How Can I Change my Shopping Password? If you want to Change your Shopping Password, you need to Click on the Change Password Link in My Account. All you need to do is Update the New Password that requires to be changed and confirm the same. Once the Password is changed a Confirmation email will be sent on your email address specified at the time of registration.
  • How Can I Edit my Personal details? If you wish to Edit the Personal details specified at the time of registration, you need to click on Edit Personal Data Link in the My Account Section.
  • What do I do if I have forgotten the User Id? Your User Id is your Email address given at the time of registration. If you have forgotten the email address you need to either contact us or register again.

Order Ralated :.

Ans: You will be informed about your Order Status. However, you can check the status of your orders by logging into the My Account Section and clicking on the particular order. If you are not satisfied with the status update, please Contact Customer Support.
Ans: All Orders are delivered via FedEx within 2 working days of placing the order. Please note that delivery is not attempted on Sundays and Public Holidays. There can be instances of delay due to unavoidable circumstances and we regret the inconvenience caused.
Ans: You cannot change the details once you Check Out your order. Please Contact Customer Support in case of any questions. In case you want to Cancel the Order you need to give the reference of your Order Number to customer support and confirm whether incase that would be possible. Spice Plaza reserves all rights for Order Cancellation.
Ans: We will make best possible effort to ensure that the Correct Order is sent to your Shipping Address. However if there is a mismatch in the Order received at your end, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up from your end and re-dispatch the same without any additional cost. Please note that you shall require to provide the invoice details and also need to keep the product packaging intact. Contact Customer Support immediately in such case.

Shipping & Return :.

Ans: The average delivery time is 2 days in an ideal situation, unless there are some unexpected events leading to delay in shipment.
Ans: Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the product to the Cart.
Ans: Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to multiple addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.

Ans: There is a remote possibility of the item being damaged during transit. In such cases, we will replace the item to you provided the request for replacement/return of item is made within 48 hours of delivery. You need to inform Customer Support in such case.
